Welcome to iBid Auction. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering, bidding, or listing items.


1. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Misuse of another user’s account or false representation may result in permanent suspension.


2. Bidding Rules

  • Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn.
  • The highest valid bid at the end of an auction wins.
  • All bids represent a binding agreement to purchase the item if you win.


3. Payment Policy

Winning bidders must complete payment within 24 hours of receiving the payment email. Payments can be made securely using PayNow with card or EcoCash. Failure to pay within the specified time will result in:

  • Automatic forfeiture of the winning bid.
  • Transfer of the item to the next highest bidder.


4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must list only genuine, legally owned items and ensure accurate descriptions. Counterfeit or misrepresented items are strictly prohibited.


5. Shipping & Delivery

After payment confirmation, the seller must ship the item within the designated timeframe and provide valid tracking details. iBid Auction does not guarantee shipping times but ensures dispute mediation in case of delays.


6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are issued only in specific cases, such as non-delivery or item misrepresentation. Users must contact support within 48 hours of receiving the item to raise a dispute.


7. Prohibited Activities

  • Engaging in fraudulent bidding or price manipulation.
  • Posting misleading or offensive content.
  • Using automated tools to place bids without authorization.


8. Limitation of Liability

iBid Auction is not responsible for indirect losses, delivery issues, or product quality disputes between users. Our role is to facilitate safe transactions and enforce platform integrity.


9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of significant updates via email or platform notice.
